You can expect a warm and comforting environment when entering Amenda Clinic with full confidentially and respect for your privacy. We are here to listen and work with you to create solutions.

We rely on receiving information about you, including your health records and your intake questionnaires, prior to your first visit. Please make sure that is complete prior to the visit, so that we can start doing our work together right away! We do recommend that you arrive 10 minutes early to your first visit, in the event we have additional questions  for you or forms for you to complete. 

PAYMENT: We accept many insurance plans. At the time of scheduling, we will send you an information sheet to verify your benefits and coverage with your insurance company. If insurance coverage has not been verified prior to visit, we charge cost of the full visit at the time of the visit.
