Clackamas County Urgent Mental Health Walk-in Center
Offers telephone intervention, same-day emergency mental health assessment or urgent (within 48 hours) intake appointments as appropriate, brief treatment sessions for crisis stabilization, community consultation, and referrals to other agencies or services.

Offers nonjudgmental and confidential peer support by people who have experienced life and mental health challenges similar to you.
This team assists people experiencing homelessness or behavioral health issues. It is currently in the pilot phase and services the East Precinct Neighborhood. You can search for your address in their Portland Stress Response Program Address Lookup Tool. The program plans to go city-wide in March 2022 once funding is secured. You can access this program by calling 911 and letting the dispatcher know your situation.
Brave Space offers a variety of services for transgender and non-binary children, youths, adults, and their families. Services offered include counseling and assessment for medical care, support groups, housing support, and food resources.
