Terms and Conditions for Amenda Clinic SMS Use & Marketing

By subscribing to or participating in the Amenda Clinic SMS marketing campaign (hereinafter referred to as "the Campaign"), you (the "Subscriber" or "You") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Campaign, and by opting in or continuing to participate, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms.

1. Opt-In Consent

By providing your phone number and subscribing to the Campaign, you consent to receive marketing and promotional messages from Expansive Being LLC/Amenda Clinic via SMS. These messages may include special offers, promotions, updates, reminders, or other marketing content related to our services, products, and events.

  • You may opt in by texting by providing your phone number in your intake paperwork and checking “Yes you may text me” in our new patient inquiry form.

  • By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the phone number provided.

Message Frequency:
You will receive up to 100 SMS messages from us. Message frequency may vary based on the Campaign, your needs and your interaction with it and our staff.

2. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to SMS messages, and you are responsible for any charges or fees from your mobile carrier related to the receipt of these messages. Please consult your mobile carrier for details regarding charges.

3. Opt-Out/Unsubscribe

You can opt out of receiving further SMS messages from the Campaign at any time by replying with the word “STOP,” “QUIT,” “END,” “CANCEL,” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to any SMS you receive from the Campaign. After you opt out, you will receive one additional message confirming that you have been unsubscribed from the Campaign.

  • Customer Support: If you have any questions about the Campaign or need help with unsubscribing, you can text "HELP" to 503-239-8181, and you will receive instructions on how to manage your subscription.

4. Privacy and Data Use

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. By participating in the Campaign, you agree to the following:

5. Eligibility

The Campaign is open to legal residents of United States of America who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is older. The Campaign is void where prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms and Conditions on this page. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms and Conditions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes that arise from your participation in the Campaign will be resolved in the courts located in Oregon.
