Haley Horn is a board certified Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner trained in Functional Medicine. With over 15 years of experience, Haley provides compassionate and collaborative care to help uncover the root causes of dysfunction in the mind, body and spirit. She has advanced training in hormonal and gastrointestinal imbalances and their relationships to human behavior, as well as in Nutritional Psychiatry. She is specially trained in the use of therapeutic Low Glycemic Index, and Ketogenic diets for mental health.
